01 What is SMMGulf?
SMMGulf is a professional social media marketing panel created for individuals, resellers, agencies, content creators and businesses.
Customers can browse services, place orders, manage their account balance, track order progress and connect external systems through the SMMGulf API.
02 Which social media platforms are supported?
Available services may cover Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram, X, Twitter, Spotify, Snapchat and other supported platforms.
Platforms and services may change over time. Open the New Order or Services page to view the current service list.
03 Do I need to provide my social media password?
No. Standard SMM services normally require only a public profile, post, video, page, group, channel or username link.
Never provide your social media password for a standard service order.
04 Can I use SMMGulf as a reseller?
Yes. SMMGulf supports both direct customers and SMM resellers.
Resellers can submit orders manually or connect another compatible panel, website or application through the API.

Services and Orders
08 How do I place an order?
- Sign in to your SMMGulf account.
- Open the New Order page.
- Select the required category.
- Select the required service.
- Read the complete service description.
- Enter the correct public link.
- Enter a quantity within the permitted limits.
- Review the total charge.
- Submit the order.
09 How do I choose the correct service?
Review the service platform, type, rate, minimum and maximum quantity, estimated speed, refill availability and special instructions.
Do not select a service based only on its price. Choose the service that matches the link and result you need.
10 What link should I submit?
Submit the exact public link requested in the selected service description. This may be:
- A profile or username
- A social media post
- A video or livestream
- A page or group
- A channel or playlist
An incorrect link may cause the order to fail or deliver to the wrong destination.
11 Can I change the link after placing an order?
Usually, an order link cannot be changed after submission.
Review the link carefully before placing your order. Contact support immediately if you submitted an incorrect link, but correction or cancellation may not be possible.
12 Can I place multiple orders for the same link?
Avoid placing overlapping orders for the same service and link unless the service description specifically allows it.
Multiple active orders may cause incorrect start counts, delivery problems, delays or refill verification issues.
13 When will my order start?
Start times vary depending on the selected service, order quantity, current demand, provider capacity and social media platform conditions.
Any displayed speed is an estimate and not a guaranteed completion time.
14 Can I order for a private account?
Most services require the profile, post, channel, page or group to remain public while the order is processing.
A private, deleted, restricted or unavailable destination may prevent delivery, cancellation or refill.
Order Statuses
15 What does Pending mean?
Pending means your order has been received but has not started processing yet.
Do not submit the same order again while the original order is pending.
16 What does In Progress mean?
In Progress means the order has started processing or delivering.
The result may increase gradually until the requested quantity is completed.
17 What does Completed mean?
Completed means the system has marked the requested service as delivered.
Check the submitted link and compare the result with the recorded start count and ordered quantity.
18 What does Partial mean?
Partial means that only part of the requested quantity was delivered.
The cost of the undelivered quantity is normally returned automatically to your SMMGulf account balance.
19 What does Canceled mean?
Canceled means the order could not be processed or was stopped before completion.
The charge for the undelivered quantity is normally returned to your account balance.
20 What is the start count?
The start count is the number of followers, likes, views, subscribers or other metrics detected when processing begins.
It helps the system calculate and verify delivery progress.
Refills and Cancellations
21 Does every service include a refill?
No. Only services clearly marked as refillable include refill protection.
Services marked as No Refill, or services without refill information, are normally not eligible for replacement after drops.
22 How do I request a refill?
Open your order history and use the refill option when it is available.
If the refill option is unavailable but the order appears eligible, contact support and include the order ID.
23 Why was my refill request rejected?
A refill may be rejected when:
- The refill period has expired.
- The service does not include refill protection.
- The account or post is private or unavailable.
- The username or submitted link was changed.
- Another order was placed for the same link.
- The current count is below the original start count.
- The drop is not covered by the service conditions.
24 Can I cancel an active order?
Cancellation is only possible for eligible services and order statuses.
A cancellation request does not guarantee that the provider can stop the order after processing has started.
25 What does Cancel Requested mean?
Cancel Requested means your cancellation request has been submitted for review.
The order may continue processing until the request is accepted. Do not submit a replacement order before the final status is confirmed.
Payments and Balance
26 How can I add funds?
Sign in and open the Add Funds page.
The current payment methods, minimum amount, fees and processing information will be displayed on that page.
27 My payment was completed but my balance was not added.
Confirm that the payment was completed successfully, then open a support ticket containing:
- Your SMMGulf username
- The payment method
- The amount
- The transaction reference
- The payment date and approximate time
- A screenshot when available
Never send passwords, verification codes or complete card information.
28 Why did my balance increase after an order was partial?
When an order becomes Partial or Canceled, the charge for the undelivered quantity is normally returned automatically to your account balance.
API Questions
29 Does SMMGulf provide an API?
Yes. SMMGulf provides an API for developers and resellers who want to automate supported actions.
API actions may include retrieving services, creating orders, checking statuses, viewing balance, requesting refills and submitting eligible cancellations.

Yes, when the external panel supports a compatible API provider connection.
Add the SMMGulf API URL and your private API key to the provider configuration of your external panel.
32 Why is my API request failing?
Common causes include:
- An incorrect API URL or API key
- An unsupported action
- An invalid service ID
- An incorrect or private link

- Temporary service unavailability
Customer Support
33 How do I contact SMMGulf support?
Sign in to your account and open a support ticket from the customer dashboard.
Select the correct ticket category and provide all relevant information.
34 What information should I include in a support ticket?
- The relevant order ID
- The service ID
- The submitted link
- The payment transaction reference
- The API response or error
- Screenshots when helpful
- A clear description of the issue
Avoid opening multiple tickets for the same issue because duplicate tickets may delay the investigation.
35 Can support speed up my order?
Support can investigate eligible delayed orders, but it cannot always force a service to start or complete immediately.
Processing depends on provider capacity, order quantity, selected service and social media platform conditions.
