Refill Policy

Understanding our guarantee and replenishment services.


At SMMGulf, we strive to provide the highest quality social media marketing services. However, due to the nature of social media platforms and their frequent updates, "drops" (a decrease in follower/like count) can occasionally occur. This policy outlines how we handle these situations.

1. What is a Refill?

A "Refill" is a free service we provide to restore your order count if it drops below the amount you originally purchased. If you buy 1,000 followers and the count drops to 950, a refill will bring it back up.

2. Eligibility for Refill

Not all services come with a refill guarantee. Please check the service description before placing an order:

  • Guaranteed / Refill Services: These services are marked with a specific refill period (e.g., "30 Days Refill" or "Lifetime Refill"). We will replenish drops for free during this period.
  • No Refill Services: These are usually cheaper services. If drops occur, we cannot offer a refill or a refund. These are purchased at your own risk.
Important: The Refill button is usually available on your Orders page. If the button is not visible, please open a support ticket with your Order ID.

3. Circumstances That Void the Refill

We cannot process a refill request if any of the following actions are taken by the user:

  • Username Change: If you change the username or URL of the account/post after placing the order.
  • Private Account: If the account is turned to "Private" mode during the delivery or refill period.
  • Starting Count Issue: If your current count is lower than the count you had before placing the order (meaning you lost old organic followers), the system may not recognize the drop as ours.
  • Overlapping Orders: If you place orders for the same link from SMMGulf and another provider simultaneously. We cannot distinguish which followers dropped, and the guarantee is voided.

4. Refill Timeline

Refill requests are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours. However, in cases of major social media updates (e.g., an Instagram purge update), refills may take longer to stabilize. We appreciate your patience during these industry-wide events.

5. Abuse of Policy

We reserve the right to deny refill requests or suspend accounts that attempt to abuse the system, such as claiming refills for orders that have already been fully delivered or attempting to manipulate counts.
