Drops can happen because of platform updates or the removal of inactive accounts. For that reason, SMMGulf provides refill for selected services under clear terms stated in the service description and warranty period.
1. What is a Refill?
A refill is free replenishment of dropped counts during the warranty period for an eligible service.
2. Eligible Services
Refill is available only for services whose description includes refill coverage or a specific warranty. Always review the service description before placing an order.
Important:
The refill button usually appears on your Orders page. If it does not appear, open a support ticket and include your Order ID.
3. What Voids Refill
Changing the link or username after the order is placed
Making the account private during delivery or during the warranty period
Placing overlapping orders on the same link from multiple providers
Requesting refill for a service that does not include refill coverage
4. Refill Processing Time
Refill usually takes 24 to 48 hours, although it may take longer during major platform updates.
