Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our website and services.

Terms of Service

Welcome to SMMGulf.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the SMMGulf website, customer panel, applications, servers, APIs, systems, software, and related services available through smmgulf.com, including associated subdomains and service environments operated by SMMGulf.

All Services are provided subject to:

You agree to use SMMGulf only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • Use malware, exploits, harmful files, or malicious code

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or improperly inspect Platform systems

  • Scrape or extract Platform data without written authorization

  • Use load-generation tools, bots, scanners, scripts, or automated tools to abuse the Platform

  • Probe, scan, or test Platform vulnerabilities without prior written permission

  • Upload, transmit, or distribute illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful content

  • Use SMMGulf in a manner that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe a user is violating these requirements.


5. Orders, Processing, and Service Availability

All orders, requests, and submitted tasks are processed subject to:

  • Service availability

  • Provider capacity

  • Technical requirements

  • Platform status

  • Security controls

  • Operational conditions

Any estimated start time, delivery time, completion time, speed, or availability displayed on the Platform is informational only unless expressly stated otherwise.

We do not guarantee:

  • Immediate order processing

  • Exact delivery times

  • Continuous service availability

  • Uninterrupted operation

  • Error-free delivery

  • Permanent or guaranteed results

  • Continuous provider availability

Services may be delayed, interrupted, limited, paused, or unavailable because of:

  • Maintenance

  • Provider issues

  • Network incidents

  • Software updates

  • Infrastructure failures

  • Security incidents

  • Abuse-prevention controls

  • Third-party platform changes

  • Force majeure events

  • Other technical or operational circumstances

We reserve the right to reject, pause, cancel, limit, reverse, or otherwise modify any order or request where necessary for:

  • Security

  • Compliance

  • Fraud prevention

  • Platform integrity

  • Service stability

  • Abuse prevention

  • Operational requirements


6. Payments, Credits, and Account Balances

By purchasing Services from SMMGulf, you agree to pay the displayed price and any applicable fees.

Balances, credits, deposits, and prepaid amounts added to your account may be subject to rules displayed on the Platform at the time of payment or account funding.

Unless otherwise stated by SMMGulf in writing or required by applicable law, the following are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed Services

  • Partially delivered Services

  • Processed orders

  • Consumed account balances

  • Used credits

  • Services already initiated or fulfilled

We reserve the right to correct:

  • Pricing errors

  • Billing mistakes

  • Duplicate transactions

  • Technical payment errors

  • Fraudulent payments

  • Unauthorized transactions

  • Account-funding irregularities

Where a Service is unavailable, removed, technically impossible to complete, or materially fails under the applicable service conditions, we may provide an appropriate remedy.

Possible remedies may include:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Partial account adjustment

  • Order cancellation

  • Another reasonable resolution

The selected remedy will be determined at our discretion unless applicable law requires otherwise.


7. User Responsibility for Submitted Information

You are solely responsible for all information and materials submitted through the Platform, including:

  • Usernames

  • Account identifiers

  • Order targets

  • Instructions

  • Account details

  • Content

  • Other submitted data

You must ensure that submitted information is:

  • Accurate

  • Accessible

You are responsible for any changes made after placing an order, including changes to:

10. Security

You may not, without written permission or another lawful basis:

  • Scrape

  • Frame

  • Mirror

  • Decompile

12. Communications

By registering or using SMMGulf, you agree that we may contact you for:

This may occur with or without notice when we determine that:

  • You violated these Terms

  • Your activity creates legal, financial, operational, security, or reputational risk

  • Your account is connected to abuse, fraud, chargebacks, unauthorized activity, or suspicious conduct

  • Continued service is not technically feasible

  • Suspension is necessary to protect users, providers, partners, the Platform, or third parties

You may stop using SMMGulf at any time.

You may request account deletion or closure through the available support or contact method, subject to our Privacy Policy and any applicable legal or record-retention obligations.


15. Disclaimers

SMMGulf and all Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including warranties relating to:

  • Non-infringement

  • Continuous availability

  • Uninterrupted operation

  • Exact timing

  • Compatibility with all devices or locations

  • Error-free

  • Uninterrupted

  • Compatible with every device

  • Available in every location

  • Free from delays

  • Free from provider-side issues


16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SMMGulf and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, providers, licensors, affiliates, and partners will not be liable for any:

  • Indirect damages

  • Incidental damages

  • Special damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Exemplary damages

  • Punitive damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of revenue

  • Loss of business

  • Loss of data

  • Loss of goodwill

  • Loss of opportunity

  • Loss of anticipated savings

This limitation applies to losses arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, SMMGulf’s total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the specific affected Service that gave rise to the claim during the most recent applicable transaction period.


17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SMMGulf and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses arising from or relating to:

  • Your use of the Platform

  • Your submitted data or content

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of applicable law

  • Your violation of third-party rights

  • Fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity connected to your account

This obligation includes reasonable legal and professional fees where permitted by law.


18. Changes to the Services and Terms

Changes become effective when posted unless another effective date is stated.

Your continued use of SMMGulf after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refill Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies or service-specific rules displayed on the Platform, constitute the agreement between you and SMMGulf regarding your use of the Platform and Services.
