Drops can happen due to platform updates or removal of inactive accounts. We provide refill for eligible services under clear conditions.

1. What is a Refill?

A refill is free replenishment of dropped counts during the service warranty period for eligible services.

2. Eligible Services

Refill is available only for services whose description includes refill or a specific warranty. Always check the service description before ordering.

Important: The refill button usually appears on your Orders page. If it does not, open a support ticket with your Order ID.

3. What Voids Refill

  • Changing the link or username after placing the order
  • Making the account private during delivery or warranty period
  • Overlapping orders for the same link from multiple providers

4. Refill Processing Time

Usually 24–48 hours, and it can take longer during major platform updates.
