SMMGULF Refund & Refill Policy
Effective Date: September 1, 2026
Last Updated: September 1, 2026
This Refund & Refill Policy applies to payments, Account Balance, Orders, cancellations, Partial Orders, refunds, refills and related Services provided through SMMGULF.
By creating an account, adding funds or placing an Order, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Policy together with the SMMGULF Terms & Conditions.
1. Account Balance and Deposits
Funds successfully credited to a SMMGULF account become Account Balance intended for purchasing Services through SMMGULF.
Once successfully credited, Account Balance normally cannot be:
Withdrawn as cash
Transferred to a bank account
Returned to a credit card
Returned to a debit card
Returned to an electronic wallet
Returned to a cryptocurrency wallet
Transferred between SMMGULF accounts
Exceptions may apply where required by applicable law or expressly approved by SMMGULF.
2. Payment Responsibility
Before making a payment, Customers must confirm:
Payment amount
Currency
Payment account
Payment method
Card information where applicable
Cryptocurrency network where applicable
Wallet address where applicable
Correct SMMGULF account
Customers are responsible for verifying transaction information before confirming payment.
3. Payment Processing Fees
Third-party payment providers may charge:
Card processing fees
Bank fees
Currency conversion fees
Network fees
Cryptocurrency blockchain fees
Other processing fees
Such charges may be independent of SMMGULF.
4. Missing Deposits
If a payment has been completed but Account Balance has not been credited, contact SMMGULF Support and provide available transaction information.
This may include:
Username
Amount
Currency
Payment method
Transaction ID
Payment reference
TXID or transaction hash
Payment date
Receipt
Screenshot
Payments may require verification before Account Balance is credited.
5. Refund Destination
Eligible Order refunds and adjustments are credited to:
SMMGULF Account Balance
Eligible Order refunds are not normally returned to:
Bank accounts
Credit cards
Debit cards
Cryptocurrency wallets
Electronic wallets
Original payment providers
6. Canceled Orders
An Order is considered canceled only when its official status becomes:
Canceled
When an eligible Order is officially marked Canceled, the applicable amount is automatically credited back to the Customer's SMMGULF Account Balance.
A cancellation request by itself does not mean that the Order has been canceled.
7. Partial Orders
A Partial Order means only part of the requested quantity was successfully delivered.
When an Order is officially marked Partial, the Customer is charged only for the quantity successfully delivered.
The value of the remaining undelivered quantity is automatically refunded to the Customer's SMMGULF Account Balance.
The successfully delivered portion remains chargeable.
Only the undelivered portion is refunded.
8. Partial Refund Example
For example:
Ordered Quantity: 10,000
Successfully Delivered: 7,000
Undelivered Quantity: 3,000
The Customer is charged for the successfully delivered 7,000 units.
The value of the remaining 3,000 units is automatically returned to the Customer's SMMGULF Account Balance.
No refund applies to the successfully delivered portion.
9. Partial Refund Calculation
Partial refunds are calculated proportionally according to the original Order rate.
For example:
If an Order costs $10 for 10,000 units and 7,000 units are successfully delivered, the Customer is charged proportionally for the delivered quantity and the remaining eligible amount is returned to Account Balance.
The system's final calculation determines the applicable credited amount.
10. Automatic Partial Refund
When the system officially processes an Order as Partial, the applicable undelivered amount is automatically returned to the Customer's SMMGULF Account Balance.
A support ticket is not normally required for an automatically processed Partial refund.
If the Order is marked Partial but the expected Account Balance adjustment does not appear, contact Support with the Order ID.
11. Pending Orders
A Pending Order is not automatically eligible for refund.
Pending means the Order has been received but has not yet started processing.
A delay does not mean the Order has failed.
12. Processing Orders
Orders displaying:
Processing
In Progress
are not considered canceled.
Once delivery begins, cancellation may no longer be technically possible.
Processing Orders are not automatically refundable.
13. Completed Orders
Completed Orders are normally not refundable.
If delivered engagement later drops, the Refill Policy applies only when the selected Service includes refill protection.
14. Cancellation Requests
Cancellation availability depends on:
Service
Provider
Current Order status
Processing progress
Platform conditions
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation.
Some Orders begin processing automatically and cannot be stopped.
15. Customer Errors
Refunds may not be available where an issue results from Customer error including:
Incorrect link
Incorrect username
Incorrect profile
Incorrect post
Incorrect video
Incorrect channel
Incorrect Service
Incorrect quantity
Private account
Deleted content
Changed username
Changed URL
Changed privacy settings
Restricted content
Failure to follow Service requirements
Customers must verify Order information before submission.
16. Duplicate Orders
Do not submit overlapping Orders for the same type of engagement and target.
Do not simultaneously use another provider for the same type of engagement on the same target.
Overlapping Orders can make it impossible to accurately determine:
Starting Count
Delivered quantity
Remaining quantity
Drop amount
Provider responsibility
Refill eligibility
Duplicate or overlapping Orders may become ineligible for refill, correction or compensation.
17. What Is a Refill?
A Refill restores eligible engagement that drops after delivery from an eligible Order.
Depending on the Service, this may apply to:
Followers
Likes
Views
Subscribers
Members
Plays
Other supported engagement
A refill does not represent a permanent guarantee.
18. Refill-Eligible Services
Refill is available only when the Service name or description clearly states that refill protection is included.
Examples may include:
7-Day Refill
15-Day Refill
30-Day Refill
60-Day Refill
90-Day Refill
365-Day Refill
Auto Refill
Lifetime Refill where explicitly stated
The warranty displayed when the Order was placed applies to that Order.
19. Non-Refill Services
Services marked:
No Refill
Non-Refill
No Warranty
No Guarantee
do not include post-delivery refill protection.
If the Service does not clearly state a refill period, Customers should not assume that refill is included.
20. Starting Count
Starting Count is the engagement count recorded before the Order begins.
Refill protection covers only eligible engagement delivered through the applicable SMMGULF Order.
Example
Starting Followers:
1,000
Ordered:
500
Expected total after successful delivery:
Approximately 1,500
The refill warranty applies only to eligible engagement from the 500 followers delivered through the SMMGULF Order.
It does not cover followers that existed before the Order.
21. Drops Below Starting Count
If the current count falls below the original Starting Count, SMMGULF cannot normally refill engagement that existed before the Order.
Example:
Starting Count:
1,000
Ordered:
500
Current Count:
900
The missing engagement below the original Starting Count cannot reasonably be attributed to the SMMGULF Order.
22. Refill Conditions
For a Refill to be eligible:
The Service must include refill protection.
The warranty period must still be active.
The target must remain public.
The target must remain accessible.
The username must remain unchanged.
The URL must remain unchanged.
The Order must normally be completed.
No conflicting Order should be active.
No other provider should have been used for the same target and engagement type.
Starting and current counts must be verifiable.
23. Refill Ineligibility
A Refill may be rejected when:
The warranty expired.
The Service has no refill protection.
The account became private.
The target was deleted.
The target was suspended.
The username changed.
The URL changed.
Another equivalent Order was placed.
Another provider was used.
The Customer manually removed engagement.
Current count does not qualify.
The drop occurred below Starting Count.
Starting Count cannot be verified.
Current count cannot be verified.
Service requirements were not followed.
Platform restrictions prevent refill.
The Order was canceled.
The Order was refunded.
24. Refill Processing Time
Most Refill requests may begin processing within approximately:
24–72 hours
This is an estimate and not a guaranteed completion time.
Some refills may require additional time depending on:
Service availability
Provider availability
Amount dropped
Platform changes
Current demand
Technical conditions
Refill queue
25. Repeated Refill Requests
Do not repeatedly submit refill requests while an existing refill request is already:
Pending
Processing
In Progress
Repeated refill requests do not accelerate processing.
26. Orders During Refill
Do not place a new equivalent Order for the same target while a Refill is processing.
Doing so may affect:
Starting Count
Current Count
Refill calculation
Refill eligibility
Wait until the existing Refill is finished.
27. Why Drops Occur
Drops may occur because of:
Social media algorithm changes
Security filters
Removal of inactive accounts
Spam detection
Platform cleanups
Deleted accounts
Suspensions
Provider changes
Changes to displayed statistics
Platform policy changes
Drops cannot always be completely prevented.
28. No Permanent Retention Guarantee
No provider can guarantee that engagement will remain permanently.
Where a Service includes refill protection, SMMGULF's responsibility is limited to the warranty conditions specified for that Service.
29. Social Media Platform Updates
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Spotify, Telegram, X, Twitch and other platforms may change their:
Algorithms
Policies
Security systems
Statistics
APIs
Technical infrastructure
without notice.
These changes may affect:
Start times
Delivery speeds
Retention
Drops
Refill processing
Displayed counts
Such changes are outside SMMGULF's direct control.
30. Display Delays
Some social media platforms may take additional time to update publicly displayed statistics.
A temporary display delay does not necessarily mean that an Order has failed.
Customers should allow reasonable time for platform statistics to update before requesting investigation.
31. Payment Chargebacks
Customers experiencing a billing or deposit issue should contact SMMGULF Support before initiating an external dispute where reasonably possible.
Fraudulent, knowingly false or abusive chargebacks may result in:
Account restriction
Account suspension
API restriction
Payment investigation
Cancellation of pending Services where technically possible
Submission of relevant evidence to the payment provider
Recovery action where legally permitted
Nothing in this Policy removes any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
32. Fraudulent Payments
SMMGULF may restrict or terminate accounts associated with:
Stolen payment cards
Unauthorized payment accounts
Fraudulent cryptocurrency transactions
Payment manipulation
Chargeback abuse
False transaction claims
Money laundering
Other payment fraud
33. Account Balance Withdrawals
SMMGULF Account Balance is intended for purchasing Services through the Platform.
It is not a cash withdrawal account.
Eligible Order refunds remain as SMMGULF Account Balance unless otherwise required by applicable law.
34. Service Description Controls
The conditions displayed for the selected Service when the Order was submitted apply to that Order.
This includes:
Refill period

Maximum quantity
